As a service provider in the truest sense of the word, we cover the full range of gardening and landscaping. With over 35 years of experience, we can guarantee you a professional execution of your construction project. Since we are not only at home when building a new landscape, but also in value maintenance and care, we will be happy to accompany and advise you during future years to come. Our idea of being able to offer you everything from a single source is supported by our own tree nursery, container service and our own repair workshop.

Corporate structure

Our company structure follows the constant striving for improvement. We want to give our employees the opportunity to work to the height in their area of competence. That means concentrating on the essentials for the benefit of the customer, the company and our employees.

A strong community

A good working atmosphere is not only evident when working, but also when participating in festivities and sporting events.

Since 2003, many of our employees have been taking part in charitable runs in and around Frankfurt. Our employees not only support a good cause, but also strengthen personal interaction.

Herbstler can not only run and work, but also celebrate with exuberance: our festivities are always very informal. Together we can look back on the past year and draw attractive prizes with the Christmas raffle. Our barbecues in the summer are often organized spontaneously by the individual business areas. A large barbecue area with seating is located directly at the administration building. There is no shortage of fun on joint excursions such as the GaLaBau to Nürnberg or the State Garden Show. Our autumn festival, which takes place in September, is a tradition.

Qualification through further training

Further training plays an important role in our company. For us, qualification means not only having a competitive advantage over the competition, but above all, satisfying our customers. Our employees regularly take part in training and further education, acquire additional qualifications and are trained by suppliers and device manufacturers. Once a year, our employees take part in a “training course” within the individual business areas: it means learning from each other and benefiting from the tips of experienced employees.

1983

Immo Herbst founds a sole proprietorship in addition to training as a master craftsman and technician.

1983

The first employee is hired.

1987

The company becomes a limited liability company (GmbH).

1988

The first company depot is set up in Schwalbach. The first office with one room is moved to Bad Soden.

1990

Relocation to larger offices

1995

A company site is purchased, and the company moves to Frankfurt am Main with its depot and office.

1996

Profit centers are introduced (a responsible construction manager for each area)

1998

The first subsidiary is founded: On July 1st, 1998 the profit center maintenance becomes Immo Herbst Objekt-Service.

1999

Immo Herbst Garten- und Landschaftsbau GmbH and Immo Herbst Baum GmbH started on July 1st, 1999.

2000

On January 1st, 2000 Immo Herbst Hausgarten GmbH and Immo Herbst Dach- und Innenraumbegrünungs GmbH started their work. Immo Herbst Containerdienst GmbH started on 1.7.2000.

2003

Construction of new social rooms with workshop and warehouse buildings

2004

Immo Herbst Straßen- und Tiefbau GmbH was founded on May 1, 2004.

2005

The company premises will be expanded by 5,000 square meters for the construction of a high-bay warehouse and the installation of a bulk goods facility.

2006

On January 1, 2006, a tree nursery in Frankfurt (Sindlingen) was taken over and changed its name to Immo Herbst Pflanzenkontor. The company premises in Silostraße are expanded to 22,000 square meters, from the company address Silostraße 56-58 to Silostraße 54-58.

2007

The new Demolition and Dismantling business unit starts operations on February 1.

2008

Moving into the renovated office building. Immo Herbst celebrates its 25th anniversary. On July 1st, 2008 the demolition and dismantling business branch, which was founded in the previous year, becomes a GmbH.

2010

Immo Herbst GmbH will be presenting itself regularly at GaLaBau in Nürnberg from 2010.

2012

Immo Herbst Umwelt-Service GmbH is taking place on 1.1. their operation. The new warehouse with underground parking, which was built on the site of the old administration building, is completed.

2016

Immo Herbst Bau-Service GmbH begins its operation on  the 1st of January. In the course of the construction of further warehouse buildings, large existing buildings from the 1960s are demolished.

2019

Extension of the existing administration building by an adjacent new building. Completion and move in February.
